Maruti Ritz:

The new Maruti Ritz is ready to be launched in the Indian market with its 1197cc engine. The car will be positioned at the upper end of the small car segment. The Ritz will be yet another compact car to join the company's A2 offering that includes Alto, Zen Estilo, A-star, Wagon R and Swift.


Skoda - Small Car:

Skoda launched its premium sedan Skoda Superb in India recently. The company intends to strengthen its position in the premium sedan segment and increase its sales volume. The new Superb defines style, luxury and safety and advanced technology from all accords. The car definitely lives up to its name as it is one of the most sophisticated saloons in its segment.


Tata Nano:

The most eagerly awaited low-cost Indian "People's Car" has been finally shown in public for the first time at the New Delhi Auto Expo.


Rolls-Royce Phantom:

"The Phantom Coupe is the most driver-oriented model in the current line-up. It completes the Phantom family, adding to Phantom, Phantom Extended Wheelbase and Phantom Drop-head Coupe," Matthew Bennett, Rolls-Royce Motors Cars' general manager of South and East Asia Pacific, told reporters in Mumbai.


Solar Car From Toyota:

The initial vehicle would receive some of its electricity from solar panels mounted on the roof with the rest being provided by solar panels installed on the owner's house. These would recharge the car's batteries when it is parked in the garage. According to the report, Toyota eventually hopes to build a vehicle that would be able to be completely powered by solar cells mounted on the car.

Bajaj Platina LPG Bike:

Bajaj plans to launch first LPG bike, Bajaj Platina LPG, in the mid of 2009. The testing of 50 units of this bi-fuel bike, Bajaj Platina LPG, is going on in cities Sangli and Ahmedabad. Though testing is over, exact date of launching is not disclosed. Bajaj Platina LPG will have a 4 kg LPG cylinder apart from having a 10 liter petrol tank due to considering the fact that is the lack of re-fuelling stations of LPG in all regions.


Kawasaki Ninja 250R:

What is new is the small displacement version of the bigger brother - the Ninja ZX-10R - and it is called the Ninja 250R. Presented at the Paris "Mondial du Deux Roues" bike exhibition, from a quick glance, it's difficult to distinguish the difference between the models; the 250R looks serious...
